We are thrilled to announce that several of our homes are now pre-approved by the city of San Jose Building and Planning Department. What does this mean? Every home has to go through a permitting process that can take up to 5-6 months depending on lot and location. With our designs that have been pre-approved in San Jose, you can jump ahead in the lengthy permitting line and our team will have permits in hand in as little as 60 days. This is because we’ve done the work on the state and city level to have our structural plans approved and can pass the time and cost savings on to you.
What happens in the 60 days? No two lots are the same and the city will still need to review and approve site infrastructure plans to make sure everything is perfectly set for install day.
