Villa builds prefab detached ADUs. These types of ADUs are not connected to the primary residence and are attached to their own permanent foundation. Our designs are HUD-approved, meaning they’re built to national building code and have a streamlined permitting and inspection process.

For typical residential projects, Villa only builds detached ADUs on properties where there is an existing primary residence.

No, we work with clients who are looking for a comprehensive, turnkey experience. Our service includes the ADU plus permitting, delivery, site work, installation, utility hookups, and more.
