Existing homeowners in the City and County of Denver with ADU zoning who:
• Have lived in their neighborhood for at least 2 years
• Can qualify to finance the ADU
• Have a clear area in the rear of their lot
Homeowners of all income levels can qualify. Villa is a selected Prefabricated ADU Construction Partner under DHA's SF + ADU Program. Please contact DHA for further information about this program and the required qualifications.
