Following the kick-off call our team will prepare comprehensive documents for you including feasibility reports and site specific information. Our goal is to give you all the information you need to make an informed decision about your project. These materials are yours to keep!

Design consultation session

Break out the mood board! Your Home Consultant will set up dedicated time with you to choose interior and exterior finishes from our curated design selections. Explore options anytime with our Design Studio, after choosing a home.

Custom Proposal

The Custom Proposal is packed with everything you need to know before building with Villa. We’ll present an itemized budget summary for all scopes of work, review the timeline and confirm all of your design choices. Next step—the build process begins!

The final items before we build:
  • Detailed estimate, which includes a fine-tuned range for all anticipated costs of your project (foundation, utilities, permits, etc.)
  • Price comparisons based on multiple home layouts and site locations that work on your lot
  • Timeline review, complete with every payment milestone for your project
  • Review of our Project Services Agreement (PSA)
