Following the kick-off call our team will prepare comprehensive documents for you including feasibility reports and site specific information. We aim to give you everything you need to make an informed decision about your build.

Site Visit - when needed

The majority of Single Family Home ADU’s are estimated remotely using our proprietary database of local permitting and on-site scopes of work, however, some projects are more complex or unique and we will send our Home Consultant and/or pricing team to meet you in person.

If you ever want a Villa rep to meet you on site, in person, we’ll make it happen!

Custom Proposal

The Custom Proposal is packed with everything you need to know before building with Villa. We’ll present an itemized budget summary for all scopes of work, review the timeline and confirm all of your design choices. Next step—the build process begins!
