Villa added two detached ADUs to this 328-unit REIT-owned property in Campbell, CA, delivering two-bedroom, one-bath layouts with premium finishes and private entrances. The Villa team designed the optimally sized units to capitalize on unused land on the multifamily property. The project was completed in 13 months with just four months onsite and budget variance within 1%. Built offsite and installed on permanent foundations, the units quickly leased at a premium over comparable apartments on the property.
