Villa added two detached ADUs to this 428-unit REIT-owned property in Folsom, CA, delivering three-bedroom, two-bath layouts with premium finishes and private entrances. The Villa team designed the optimally sized units to capitalize on unused land on the multifamily property. The project was completed in 11 months with just five months onsite and within 1% budget variance. Built offsite and installed on permanent foundations, the units quickly leased at a premium over comparable apartments on the property.
