At this 250-unit REIT-owned property in San Diego, CA, Villa introduced two detached ADUs designed as spacious three-bedroom, two-bath homes with 1,000 sq. ft. of living space and private yards. Completed with offsite construction and installed on permanent foundations, the project turned previously unused land into high-demand rentals that quickly leased at a premium over comparable units on the property.
